Divy Health is a women’s health initiative dedicated to improving health outcomes for women and girls across communities globally. We deliver health education, community outreach, events, webinars, and resources — including our flagship publication, Is My Bleeding Normal? — to address gaps in health information and empower women and girls to take informed action about their wellbeing.

Divy Health is registered as a charity in England and Wales (Charity No. 1217758) and operates primarily in Nigeria, with programmes extending to the UK and other African countries.

5.3 Refunds

If you are a UK taxpayer and eligible to claim Gift Aid, you may be asked to complete a Gift Aid declaration. By completing such a declaration, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year, it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

6.1 Registration and Attendance

By registering for a Divy Health event or webinar, you agree to provide accurate registration information and to attend or participate in good faith. Divy Health reserves the right to refuse attendance to any individual at its sole discretion.

6.2 Cancellations and Changes

Divy Health reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any event or webinar at any time. Where an event is cancelled, registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable. We do not accept liability for any costs incurred by participants in connection with cancelled or rescheduled events.

6.3 Conduct at Events

All attendees are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. Divy Health reserves the right to remove any individual whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others, without refund.

6.4 Recording

Divy Health may record webinars and events for educational and outreach purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded in a group setting. If you do not wish to appear in any recording, please notify us before the event. We will not record or identify individual participants without explicit consent.
