Recap
DivyHealth’s Women’s Health Action Summit brought women, healthcare professionals and community organisations together in Liverpool for a day of practical conversations, built around one idea: awareness matters, but it should lead to action.
Speakers covered menopause, fibroids, mental health, nutrition, physical activity and when and where to seek medical help. A panel, Why Women Delay Care — and How We Can Change That, looked at why women put off seeking care and what can change that.

About the event
The Women’s Health Action Summit is centred around a challenge many women recognise: knowing something has changed with your health, but not always knowing what to do next, when to seek help or where to go for the right support.
The forum brings women together to explore key issues in women’s health, including understanding your body and recognising symptoms, barriers to accessing healthcare, preventive care and early intervention, and mental and reproductive wellbeing.
The event includes expert insights, real conversations and practical guidance.
